Nurse Practitioner:

Milissa C. Bohlender, MSN, RN, FNP joined Fort Wayne Allergy and Asthma Consultants in January of 2010.  Milissa worked in our office as an RN for a number of years before pursuing her Master's degree and has extensive experience with adult and pediatric allergy and asthma patients.  She received her Master's of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne.  Milissa assists Dr. Rothman and Dr. Patel in the follow-up treatment of their established patients, working very closely with both doctors to assure personalized and comprehesive continuation of care.

Nursing Staff:

Our friendly and competent nursing staff includes Gloria, Pam, Marcy, Jason, Deidre, Patty, Bethann, and Stacie.  All the nurses are very comfortable working with patients of all ages. They have a combined experience of over 100 years in allergy/immunology nursing care.

Front Office:

Cris and Marilyn are our courteous reception and scheduling specialists.  They strive to provide prompt and convenient appointment times for our patients.

Billing Department:

Debbie and Angel are our efficient and helpful billing experts.  They are available Monday through Thursday to answer any questions you may have regarding your account or your insurance claims.

Laboratory:

Diann is our expert medical lab technician who prepares the testing materials and individualized allergy extracts under sterile conditions.
